Voor slechts 30 euro (15 euro voor iemand uit hetzelfde huishouden) per jaar wordt je op de hoogte gehouden van de laatste nieuwtjes over de Hayabusa.

Bovendien kan je middels het forum informatie uit wisselen met andere Hayabusa liefhebbers, deelnemen aan clubritten en andere evenementen etc…

Aanmelden is mogelijk door het inschrijfformulier te downloaden en ingevuld op te sturen naar ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl.

Invullen gaat als volgt:

1. Download dit formulier van de Hayabusa Club Holland site en sla dit PDF-document lokaal op
2. Open het PDF-document in Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Selecteer het icoon ‘Vul formulier velden in’
4. Klik op het begin van een in te vullen veld totdat een knipperende cursor zichtbaar is en type de gewenste gegevens in
5. Bij selectievakjes: klik op het vakje en kies via de 3 stippen voor ‘Vinkje’
6. Plaats een digitale handtekening, dat is vaak makkelijker dan wanneer je dit fysiek doet

• Maak (éénmalig) een foto of een scan (betere kwaliteit) van je handtekening en sla deze op als JPG-bestand
• Klik op het gereedschap ‘Invullen en ondertekenen’ in het zijbalk menu
• Klik op ‘Zelf ondertekenen’ en dan (éénmalig) ‘Een handtekening toevoegen’
• Upload de afbeelding van je handtekening met het volgende icoon
• Plaats je handtekening waar je deze nodig hebt in het document en pas de grootte aan indien nodig
• Het PDF-document is nu digitaal ondertekend

7. Sla het PDF-document op en verstuur het document naar ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl

• Take a photo or scan (better quality) of your signature (one time only) and save it as a JPG-file
• Click the Fill & Sign tool in the sidebar menu
• Click on ‘Fill and sign yourself’ and then (one time only) ‘Add signature’
• Upload de picture of your signature met het following icon
• Place your signature where you need it in the document and adjust the size if necessary
• The PDF-document is now digitally signed

7. Save the PDF-document and send the document to ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl

Vous pouvez vous inscrire en téléchargeant le formulaire d’inscription et en l’envoyant complété à ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl.

Le remplissage s’effectue de la manière suivante :

1. Téléchargez le formulaire sur le site Hayabusa Club Holland et enregistrez ce document PDF localement
2. Ouvrez le document PDF dans Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Sélectionnez l’icône ‘Remplir les champs du formulaire’
4. Cliquez sur le début d’un champ à remplir jusqu’à ce qu’un curseur clignotant soit visible et saisissez les données souhaitées
5. Pour les cases à cocher : cliquez sur la case et sélectionnez ‘Coche’ via les 3 points
6. Placez une signature numérique, ce qui est souvent plus facile que de le faire physiquement

• Prenez une photo (une fois) ou un scan (meilleure qualité) de votre signature et enregistrez-la sous forme de fichier JPG
• Cliquez sur l’outil ‘Remplir et signer’ dans le menu de la barre latérale
• Cliquez sur ‘Signez-vous’ puis (une fois) ‘Ajouter une signature’
• Téléchargez votre image de signature avec l’icône suivante
• Placez votre signature là où vous en avez besoin dans le document et ajustez la taille si nécessaire
• Le document PDF est désormais signé numériquement

7. Enregistrez le document PDF et envoyez-le à ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl

• Laden Sie das Bild Ihrer Signatur mit dem folgenden Symbol hoch
• Platzieren Sie Ihre Signatur an der gewünschten Stelle im Dokument und passen Sie die Größe bei Bedarf an
• Das PDF-Dokument ist jetzt digital signiert

7. Speichern Sie das PDF-Dokument und senden Sie das Dokument an ledenadministratie@hayabusaclubholland.nl
